The iTravelInsured Ultra plan is IMG's premium comprehensive travel protection plan, designed for travelers protecting a significant trip investment. Key coverages include:

- Trip Interruption — up to 150% of the non-refundable insured trip cost

Eligibility notes:
- Plan must be purchased before departure; coverage eligibility is confirmed at the time of claim
- Up to 10 insureds may be covered under one policy
- Trip must be more than 100 miles from your primary residence
- Optional CFAR/IFAR must be purchased at the time the base plan is purchased, and are not available to NY residents
- The pre-existing condition waiver requires purchase within the Time Sensitive Period (by your final trip payment) and that you are medically able to travel (see Tab 4)

The brochure provides a brief description of coverage; the certificate contains the governing terms, including reductions, limitations, exclusions, and termination provisions. Because state amendatory endorsements can modify benefits and provisions — and NY and WA limits may vary — always confirm the certificate that applies to your state of residence.
How to File a Claim
iTravelInsured Ultra claims are administered by IMG / iTravelInsured.
To file a claim:
- Notify promptly. For trip cancellation or interruption, contact your travel supplier and IMG as soon as possible to avoid non-covered charges due to late reporting. Notice of claim should be given within 20 days after a loss, or as soon as reasonably possible.
- Create or log in to your MyIMG account at imglobal.com/member and follow the prompts in the Claims Center to start your claim.
- Gather documentation. Collect your trip invoice, itinerary or confirmation, plus supporting documents — itemized medical bills and reports for medical claims; carrier-issued delay or incident reports for trip delay, missed connection, or baggage claims; receipts for replacement items; and police reports for theft.
- Submit Proof of Loss. Provide complete Proof of Loss within 90 days after the loss, or as soon as reasonably possible.

10-Day Free Look Period
10-Day Free Look
iTravelInsured Ultra includes a 10-day free look period. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel within 10 days of the date of purchase by giving written notice to IMG or its authorized representative. As long as you have not departed on your trip and have not filed a claim, your premium will be refunded, and all coverage is treated as void from the beginning.
After the free look period
After the 10-day free look, your premium is non-refundable.
