How to File a Claim

While we don't make claim decisions, our team is here to support you every step of the way - whether that's helping you understand the process, gathering the right documentation, or answering questions along the way. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident in what to do next, without navigating it alone.
Filing a claim is simple and can be done online through a secure MyIMG account.
If you're unsure which carrier your policy is with, reference your confirmation email or reach out to us and we'll help you find it.

10-Day Free Look Period
You have 10 days to review your policy and make sure it's the right fit for your trip.
If the plan does not meet your needs, you may cancel your policy within this 10-day review period for a full refund - provided your trip has not started and no claim has been filed. If you depart on your trip before the review period ends, the review period automatically ends at departure.
Important
After the 10-day review period, the policy becomes non-refundable.
This means refunds are not available once the review period has passed — even if your travel plans change after purchase.
If your plans do change, your coverage may be eligible to transfer to a new trip, depending on the situation. Our team is happy to help review your options.
Includes a free look (review period) so you can purchase with confidence and review your coverage after checkout.
