Plan Coverage Summary

Atlas Travel provides comprehensive medical and emergency coverage for individuals traveling outside their home country. Coverage is available from 5 days up to 12 months, with flexible overall maximum limits from $50,000 to $2,000,000 and deductible options from $0 to $5,000.

Overall Maximum Limit — $50,000 / $100,000 / $250,000 / $500,000 / $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 (ages 65–79: up to $100,000; ages 80+: $10,000)
 
Deductible Options — $0, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500, or $5,000 per certificate period
 
Coinsurance — 100% of eligible expenses paid after deductible, up to the overall maximum
 
Hospital Room & Board — average semi-private room rate, including nursing services
 
Intensive Care Unit — up to the overall maximum limit
 
Emergency Medical Evacuation — up to $1,000,000 lifetime maximum (not subject to deductible or overall maximum)
 
Repatriation of Remains — equal to elected overall maximum limit (not subject to deductible)
 
Local Burial or Cremation — up to $5,000 lifetime maximum
 
Political Evacuation — up to $100,000 lifetime maximum
 
Emergency Reunion — up to $100,000 (max 15 days, not subject to deductible)
 
Bedside Visit — up to $1,500 (not subject to deductible)
 
Return of Minor Children — up to $50,000
 
Pet Return — up to $1,000
 
Trip Interruption — up to $10,000
 
Travel Delay — up to $100/day (max 2 days) after 12-hour delay with unplanned overnight stay
 
Lost Checked Luggage — up to $1,000 ($50 max per item)
 
Lost or Stolen Passport/Travel Visa — up to $100
 
Natural Disaster — Replacement Accommodations — up to $250/day for 5 days
 
Border Entry Protection — up to $500 (B-2 visa holders denied U.S. entry)
 
Hospital Indemnity — $100 per night inpatient hospitalization
 
Terrorism — up to $50,000 lifetime maximum (eligible medical expenses only)
 
Crisis Response (Ransom, Personal Belongings, Fees) — up to $10,000
 
Personal Liability — up to $25,000 lifetime maximum
 
Common Carrier Accidental Death — up to $50,000 (ages 18–69); varies by age

Pre-existing conditions are excluded except as provided under the Acute Onset benefit. This plan is not subject to and does not provide benefits required by the U.S. Affordable Care Act.
