  3. Enter your trip details: destination, travel dates, and total trip cost.

  4. Select “Yes” if you want trip cancellation coverage.

  5. Review the plan options:

    • Post-Departure Only (no cancellation)

    • Basic Plan

    • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Plan (not available in Isreal)

  6. Choose your plan and click Buy Now to proceed to checkout.

  7. Complete the enrollment form and submit payment.

You’ll receive your policy documents and ID card by email immediately after purchase.

Option 2: Enroll a Group or Team

If you're insuring a mission group:

  1. Go to www.missiontripinsurance.com

  2. Click “Get a Group Quote” or the blue “Edit” button to begin a group application.

  3. Enter:

    • Trip dates

    • Destination

    • Total trip cost (group total or individual costs)

    • Initial deposit date

Each traveler will receive an individual ID card, and the team leader will receive a master packet with all documents and guidance.
