After purchasing a travel insurance plan as an AMAC member, it’s important to know where and how to access your policy documents. These include your confirmation email, coverage summary, and ID card—all of which you may need while traveling or filing a claim. This article walks you through exactly how to locate and retrieve your policy information.

Step-by-Step: How to Find Your Policy
Check Your Email-Once your purchase is complete, you should receive an email with:

  • Your confirmation number and policy ID

  • A PDF of your ID card

  • A coverage overview and claims information

  • Emergency contact numbers

👉 Look for a subject line like: “Your AMAC Travel Insurance Confirmation – TripWise/TripArmor Plan”

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Download or Save Your Documents
Open the confirmation email and download:

  • Your ID card to your phone or print a copy

  • The Plan Summary or full certificate of insurance

  • Any Teledoc or assistance service instructions (if included)

Keep a digital copy accessible on your phone and a printed version in your carry-on.
