1. Check Your Email

Once your purchase is complete, you should receive an email with:

  • Your confirmation number and policy ID

  • A PDF of your ID card

  • A coverage overview and claims information

  • Emergency contact numbers

👉 Look for a subject line like: “Your AMAC Travel Insurance Confirmation – TripWise/TripArmor Plan”

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder just in case.


2. Download or Save Your Documents

Open the confirmation email and download:

  • Your ID card to your phone or print a copy

  • The Plan Summary or full certificate of insurance
