Can I purchase emergency medical and evacuation-only coverage without trip cancellation?

Yes — you can. If you only need protection for emergency medical expenses and medical evacuation, you can get that coverage through either the TripWise® plan or the IMG SE plan, depending on your trip type.

How to quote medical-only coverage
When completing your quote, simply enter $0–$500 for your trip cost.

  • Entering $0 removes trip cancellation and interruption coverage, giving you a medical and evacuation-only policy.

  • Entering $500 keeps the 150% trip interruption coverage built into the plan — without increasing your premium.

Either way, your quote will reflect emergency medical, evacuation, and 24/7 assistance coverage for your travel dates.
